NotiPilot ("we", "our", or "the app") is a notification automation app for Android, published by CoolSolve LLP. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Data Collection
NotiPilot does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data stays on your device.
Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored only on your device:
- Notification History: Records of notifications processed by your rules (app name, title, time). Automatically deleted after your configured retention period (default: 7 days).
- Rules: Your custom automation rules, including app selections and conditions.
- Preferences: App settings like theme preference and retention period.
Data NOT Collected
- No personal information
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No data sent to external servers
- No cloud sync or backup to our servers
Permissions
NotiPilot requests the following permissions:

All permissions are used solely for app functionality. No data from these permissions is collected or transmitted.
Location Data
- Location is processed on-device only
- Used to evaluate location-based rule conditions
- Never transmitted, stored on servers, or shared
- You can create rules without location conditions
Accessibility Service
- Optional feature for auto-reply functionality
- Only activated when you explicitly enable it
- Performs UI actions locally (find reply button, fill text, send)
- Does not collect, store, or transmit any data
- Can be disabled at any time in Android settings
Third-Party Services
NotiPilot does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data Security
All data is stored locally using Android's standard app storage, protected by Android's app sandboxing. We do not have access to any of your data.
Children's Privacy
NotiPilot does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Your Rights
